Abstract
Ankara Üniversitesi İletişim Fakültesi (İLEF) tarafından “İletişim Eğitiminin Dünü, Bugünü, Geleceği” başlığıyla düzenlenen CİSEM2025, 26–28 Kasım 2025 tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirildi. Fakültenin 60. kuruluş yılıyla kesişen sempozyum, iletişim eğitiminin tarihsel birikimini, güncel sorunlarını ve geleceğine ilişkin tartışmaları derinleştirme amacıyla organize edildi ve 31 üniversiteden 77 katılımcı ile çok sayıda izleyiciyi bir araya getirdi. Bu değinide CİSEM2025 ve sempozyumda sunulan bildiriler, iletişim eğitimi odağında bütüncül bir bakışla değerlendirilmektedir.

Abstract
Organized by the Faculty of Communication at Ankara University (İLEF) under the title “The Past, Present, and Future of Communication Education,” CİSEM2025 was held between 26–28 November 2025. Coinciding with the 60th anniversary of the faculty’s establishment, the symposium was designed to deepen discussions on the historical development of communication education, its current challenges, and future directions, bringing together 77 participants from 31 universities along with a large audience. This commentary evaluates CİSEM2025 and the papers presented at the symposium through a comprehensive perspective focused on communication education.
